"Much of that is out of our control." Comments like Nick Fish's leave no doubt that we are headed for a long protracted Legisaltive battle over rent. The first round will be the next Oregon Legislative Session in February 2016 and will most likely continue into 2017 depending on the results of the 2017 General Election. This will be an "all hands on deck" fight for Manufactured Home Community Owners. MHCO will be on the front lines of this legislative fight. We are working closely with our friends in the Oregon Legislature. In the coming months we will be asking members and non members of MHCO to be fully engaged in fighting any attempts to tamper with your ability to raise rent and run your communities. Stay tuned.
