House Bill 3054A affects four sections of Oregon’s manufactured housing  laws. Below is a summary of the changes.

Later this week, the Oregon House Committee on Housing and Homelessness will introduce an amendment to HB3054 (Rent Control & Vacancy Control). The committee is expected to adopt this amendment later in April.

MHCO Note:  Although the limit for 2025 will be set at 10%, housing providers should be aware that legislative action in 2025 could quickly change the limit formula downward.

On July 6, 2023 the Oregon Legislature passed SB 611 which lowered the existing cap on annual rent increases for residential tenancies.  With the Governor's signature the bill is now the law.
