Tip: Although Form 55 is only for use when there is disrepair or deterioration to the exterior of the home itself, the definition of a manufactured dwelling in ORS 90.100 includes "an accessory building or structure," and that term includes sheds and carports and "any portable, demountable or permanent structure".
