MHCO is pleased to offer the Annual Conference both online via Zoom and at the Valley River Inn in Eugene, Oregon!
Please make sure to carefully read and mark which attendee option you are choosing. There are a variety of options so please be as clear as possible. You will have four online-only options and four in-person options. Please be sure to find out if the park you are representing is a current MHCO member as that will determine pricing.
To book a hotel room at the Valley River Inn, guests can call directly (541) 743-1000, and ask for the Manufactured Housing Communities of Oregon group rate (press 0 to skip the recording and go directly to an operator). Booking through MHCO’s group rate will allow you the following cancellation policy if necessary: Per MHCO’s contract, individuals have up to 7 days prior to their check-in date to cancel without any charge.
Registration Deadline is October 17, 2022.
All cancellations or replacements must be received in writing at least 1 week prior to the published seminar deadline date. There will be a cancellation fee of $75. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after October 17, 2022.
There will be no new sign-ups after October 17, 2022. All registrations must be received and paid for by 5:00PM on October 17, 2022.
