2+ years of experience as a Property Manager, providing oversight to apartment or mobile home communities.
Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and create value through service for our residents.
Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.
Must be comfortable using the Internet, emails, etc.
Proven proficiency in overall maintenance operations, collecting the rent, leasing, and tenant relations.
Excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
