This is a full-time telecommuting position, employee will work from home. Employee will respond to support desk tickets submitted by clients.

Job Qualifications: 

Candidate must have prior property level ManageAmerica software experience, NO EXCEPTIONS. Requires ability to self-direct, attention to detail, ability to interface with clients, customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities.
